About Wollaston

Wollaston Theological College is responsible for the oversight, co-ordination and provision of Education, Formation and Training for all people in the Diocese of Perth, lay or ordained clergy. The College is located at a site generally known as ‘Wollaston’ in Mount Claremont, Western Australia. This site has a significant place in the life of the Diocese, having been the central point for Theological Education in the Diocese since 1957.

A dominant feature on the site is the Wollaston College Chapel.

Also located at Wollaston are the offices of the following Diocesan entities:
Anglican EcoCare, the body that takes up the challenge of caring for God’s creation and learning to live sustainably on the planet.
Social Responsibilities Commission, which engages with contemporary public issues and debates so that the Church can have a voice for the reign of God in the midst of the pressures of Australian and international political life.
• Children and Youth Ministry, which provides resources and training for those teaching and caring for young people in our schools and parishes.
